What You'll Do

As a Travel Account Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, reservations, and service concerns.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries through voice and chat.
• Handle concerns regarding flights, hotels, bookings, reservations, and travel services.
• Provide accurate information about travel products, services, and policies.
• Assist with booking changes, cancellations, rebooking, and other customer requests.
• Help customers with payment, refund, and reservation-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.
• Follow account policies, procedures, quality standards, and service-level requirements.
• Meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality targets.
