As a Home Security Agent in Cebu, you will play a key role in supporting customers who rely on advanced home security systems. You’ll assist with resolving inquiries, providing technical support, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps. Your ability to deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient service will help build trust and ensure a sense of safety for every customer you interact with.
This is an onsite role based in Cebu City, with a competitive salary package, paid training, 22 paid leaves, HMO, government-mandated benefits, and a 13th-month pay. We welcome applicants with at least one year of customer service experience—whether in BPO, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Monthly Salary:

Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
