What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide technical expertise throughout the ServiceNow development and implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise for ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Plan, analyze, define, and support ServiceNow applications.
• Facilitate impact assessments, estimates, and technical solutions for client requests.
• Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow applications.
• Develop ServiceNow application code based on agreed user stories and requirements.
• Translate user requirements into testable and scalable technical solutions.
• Work across Agile sprints to deliver ServiceNow project outputs.
• Apply innovative ideas to drive automation.
• Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using software engineering and ITIL best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues across multiple components of the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform impact analysis and testing for ServiceNow patches and platform upgrades.
• Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions and mitigations.
• Deliver outputs according to agreed schedules and specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation and required project deliverables.
