Salary Package
No Call Center Representative – 16,850
6-12 months CCE – 19,000
13 months & up CCE – 21,000
-Earn as much as 45,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS, or SHS Graduate
