As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with their technical concerns while confidently promoting suitable solutions and services. Preferably, candidates have at least 7 months of call center experience in technical support and sales; however, individuals with excellent communication skills and strong confidence are also welcome. Moreover, you must be a high school or SHS graduate and willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and transactions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old
  • Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
  • High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply
