Preferably, candidates have at least 7 months of call center experience in technical support and sales; however, individuals with excellent communication skills and strong confidence are also welcome. Moreover, you must be a high school or SHS graduate and willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply
