As a Telco (Billing) Account Representative, you will handle customer billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account clarifications. Moreover, you’ll ensure every issue is resolved clearly and efficiently while suggesting service upgrades when necessary. Above all, your excellent communication skills will help deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply
