As a member of our Telco Billing Account in Davao, your role will focus on assisting customers with a variety of telecom-related services. You’ll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, processing billing issues, and troubleshooting technical problems. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Open to High School graduates
  • No BPO experience needed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
