As a CSR in our Telco account in Makati site, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across various communication channels including phone, chat, and email. Your main responsibilities include addressing billing inquiries, resolving technical issues, processing service requests, and providing accurate product information. You will act as the voice of the brand—ensuring every customer feels heard, understood, and valued.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to rapidly changing processes, and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations. You will be trained on telecommunications services, customer care standards, and system tools to ensure you can deliver top-notch support.

Salary Package:
