As a member of the Telco Account team in Alabang, you’ll provide critical support to customers by addressing their needs related to mobile plans, internet services, cable, and technical troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with your team and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction, all while continuously learning and growing in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Salary Package:
PHP 21,000 – PHP 25,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting customers with telecom-related services such as mobile plans, internet, cable, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

  • At least completed of 2 years in college
  • 2 years of Call Center Experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
