As part of the Operations and Training Team, you will take on a key role in ensuring both customer satisfaction and process excellence. In particular, you will gather performance data and generate actionable insights that contribute to team improvement. Moreover, your findings will help shape strategies that enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality service. Additionally, you’ll help maintain detailed QA documentation used in future development projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Operations and Training Team with vital information about performance, insights and actionable items;
- Help maintain a detailed documentation of all QA related items. These documents are used in future development work;
- Learning through hands-on experience and focusing on solution using data efficiency and sensibility;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in entertainment and technology;
- Fast-paced work environments (in fact, you thrive in them);
- Highly motivated to build a long-term career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry;
- Strong-willed and passionate about the task on hand whether working within the office premises or from home.
Requirements:
- At least 1 – 3 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Previous experience working with customers is an advantage.
- Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills; able to present clear insights using CSAT, NPS, VOC, or related metrics
- Works well in ambiguity and embraces the adventure!
