Job Responsibilities:
- Handles customer inquiries, policy management, and sales-related tasks for an insurance company.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- 2nd year college undergraduate are welcome to apply
- With 6 month bpo experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
