Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer inquiries, policy management, and sales-related tasks for an insurance company.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • 2nd year college undergraduate are welcome to apply
  • With 6 month bpo experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
