As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our hotel reservation account, you will be the frontline of guest interactions, providing assistance with bookings, inquiries, and hotel-related concerns. Salary Package:

  • 12000-15000 (depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to Hotel reservation or services
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in College (more than 60 Units)
  • No BPO experience needed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
