Job Responsibilities:
- Provides customer support for banking, financial services, loans, credit cards, and investment-related inquiries.
- Help with password resets, account updates, and personal information verification.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- SHS graduate or Completed 1st Year in College requires 12 months of BPO experience
- College graduate (any field), At least 9 Months of Customer facing experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
