As part of our Financial Account in Baguio City, you will assist clients with their financial concerns, including account inquiries, transaction processing, and resolving billing or service-related issues. Salary Package:

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
