As part of our Trademark (TME) support team, you will handle customer interactions across multiple channels—calls, emails, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for clients requiring assistance with trademark filing services. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong comprehension skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding trademark-related inquiries.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.

  • Follow established processes to ensure accurate handling of customer information and service requests.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to trademark services to support customers effectively.

  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns or escalate issues appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.

  • Graduate of the K-12 program or Senior High School (New Curriculum).

  • Excellent English communication skills—verbal, written, and listening.

  • Ability to speak with a neutral accent.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Preferably with prior sales experience or a strong customer engagement background.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
