As a Customer Service Representative for our telco account, you’ll handle inbound calls and assist customers with a variety of telecom-related concerns. From billing inquiries to service issues and basic technical troubleshooting, your job is to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at every step.

You’ll also use internal systems to access and update customer information while following company protocols. If an issue can’t be resolved immediately, you’ll escalate it through the proper channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with telecom services, billing, and technical concerns

  • Deliver excellent customer service via inbound calls

  • Update customer records using internal tools and systems

  • Escalate unresolved concerns appropriately

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (K–12)

  • Above-average English communication skills

  • Basic computer skills; ability to multitask across systems

  • Call center experience is a plus, but not required

  • Willing to learn, with a can-do attitude
