We are currently hiring experienced individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative – Tech Support – Ilocos, based onsite in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. As a Customer Service Representative – Tech Support – Ilocos, your responsibility is to provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. You will work as part of the Technical Support – Ilocos Norte – San Nicolas team, supporting clients with troubleshooting, system navigation, and service concerns.
Location: San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting (must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Undergrad, or College Graduate

Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (strictly required)

Accepting applicants shifting from their 2nd job and above

Strong spoken English proficiency and communication skills

Must pass the Harver Customer Care assessment

Willing to work onsite in San Nicolas and on a rotating schedule
Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers by resolving product or service-related technical issues

Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting steps

Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout all customer interactions

Escalate unresolved issues following company procedures

Document all calls and interactions using internal systems
