We are currently hiring experienced individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative – Tech Support – Ilocos, based onsite in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. As a Customer Service Representative – Tech Support – Ilocos, your responsibility is to provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. You will work as part of the Technical Support – Ilocos Norte – San Nicolas team, supporting clients with troubleshooting, system navigation, and service concerns.

Location: San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting (must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Undergrad, or College Graduate

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (strictly required)

  • Accepting applicants shifting from their 2nd job and above

  • Strong spoken English proficiency and communication skills

  • Must pass the Harver Customer Care assessment

  • Willing to work onsite in San Nicolas and on a rotating schedule

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by resolving product or service-related technical issues

  • Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting steps

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout all customer interactions

  • Escalate unresolved issues following company procedures

  • Document all calls and interactions using internal systems
