You will use your communication skills and empathy to turn negative customer experiences into positive outcomes, building trust and retaining loyal clients. This is a key role that directly impacts customer loyalty and long-term success.
Qualifications:

At least 6 months of BPO experience

Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work onsite in Bacolod

Amenable to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
