Job Summary:

  • Position: Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

  • Location: San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary

  • Work Setup: Onsite

  • Schedule: Shifting schedule (may include weekends and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries and financial services

  • Handle transactions, documentation, and customer concerns with professionalism

  • Communicate effectively in spoken English and provide solutions in a timely manner

  • Work within internal systems while ensuring high service quality

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal data

Who Can Apply:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS/K12 Graduate, ALS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate

  • Good spoken English communication skills are required

  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and navigating tools

  • Typing speed of 25–30 words per minute

  • Must pass the Harver Customer Care Assessment

  • Willing to work onsite in San Nicolas and amenable to shifting schedules
