Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:

Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or SHS Graduate

Have at least 1 year of customer service experience, including BPO or non-BPO (e.g., retail, hospitality)

Demonstrate strong spoken and written English communication skills

Be open to shifting schedules and working onsite

Pass the Work-From-Site Agreement (WOSA)
