As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support related to travel products and services. You will handle inquiries, manage orders, and collaborate with a motivated team to improve service delivery.
Salary Package:
- PHP 14000 – PHP 16000 + Night Differential
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to products or services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- College graduates without work experience are eligible for consideration (fresh graduates are welcome).
- College undergraduates may be considered if they have experience in customer service or any BPO-related roles.
- High school graduates can also be considered, provided they have a minimum of 3 years of BPO experience.
- Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
- Willing to go back on-site once recalled
