As part of our team, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance for inquiries, service concerns, and account-related issues. In this role, you are expected to deliver exceptional service by effectively addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a positive experience. Moreover, as CSR – Telecommunications in CDO you will handle technical, billing, and product-related concerns while navigating multiple systems with ease. Ultimately, your goal is to create a seamless and rewarding interaction for every customer you assist.

Salary Package
No CCE – 16,850
6-12 mos CCE – 19K
13 mos & up CCE – 21K
*Earn as much as 45K!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and transactions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old
  • Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
  • High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
