Moreover, as CSR – Telecommunications in CDO you will handle technical, billing, and product-related concerns while navigating multiple systems with ease. Ultimately, your goal is to create a seamless and rewarding interaction for every customer you assist.
Salary Package
No CCE – 16,850
6-12 mos CCE – 19K
13 mos & up CCE – 21K
*Earn as much as 45K!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
