In this role, you will primarily handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding telecom services while ensuring exceptional service delivery across various communication channels. Moreover, your main responsibility is to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, thus contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, as a CSR – Telco Account in Laguna, you’ll utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with billing, service plans, account updates, and technical troubleshooting. In addition, you’ll be required to navigate multiple computer systems and tools to accurately document interactions and provide timely resolutions.
Earn up to 24k monthly!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply (as long as you haver 1 year BPO experience)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
