As a CSR in Cebu site, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with various technical concerns. Specifically, you will troubleshoot device or service issues, clearly guide customers toward effective solutions, and ensure that every interaction results in a positive customer experience. Whether you are a fresh graduate or someone considering a career change, we offer comprehensive training designed to equip you with the skills needed to excel.
To qualify, you must be at least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or a Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum). Although call center experience is not required, excellent spoken English and basic analytical skills (B2 Level) are essential. Moreover, you should be willing to work on shifting schedules and report onsite at our Cebu Insular location.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of PHP 18,000, along with paid training, 22 paid leaves, HMO from Day 1, 13th-month pay, and full government-mandated benefits.
