In this role, you will assist students and educators by addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth platform navigation. CSR – Online Learning Support – CDO candidates must be SHS graduates with at least 6 months of BPO email/chat experience. Additionally, strong written communication, attention to detail, and software proficiency are required. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and transactions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old
  • Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
  • High School and ALS Graduates are welcome to apply
