We are currently looking for a dedicated CSR – Ecommerce – RR Account to join our team in Cagayan De Oro. In this role, you will professionally manage customer inquiries via call, email, and chat support, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for one of today’s top ecommerce brands. You will assist with concerns such as order tracking, returns, product inquiries, and billing.

To qualify as a CSR – Ecommerce – RR Account, applicants must have at least 1 year of BPO experience. Moreover, strong communication skills, sales ability, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Preferably, candidates should be at least a 2nd-year college undergraduate with experience in handling ecommerce or retail accounts. In addition, you must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Furthermore, being self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively is key. Likewise, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn will help you thrive in this fast-paced BPO setting.
