Qualifications:

At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate

College graduates without BPO experience are also encouraged to apply

Excellent or good English communication skills

Willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule

As a Customer Service Representative for our retail account, your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with product inquiries

Providing updates on orders, returns, and exchanges
