Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate

  • College graduates without BPO experience are also encouraged to apply

  • Excellent or good English communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative for our retail account, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries

  • Providing updates on orders, returns, and exchanges

  • Resolving concerns effectively and professionally

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service
