As part of the Audio Technical Account team, you will provide specialized support for audio-related products and services. You will assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting audio quality issues, and offering guidance on how to maximize the use of their audio equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with technical support experience or a strong background in audio equipment.
Salary Package:
- PHP 20,000 – PHP 23,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides specialized customer support for audio-related products and services.
- Assist with product setup, configuration, and general usage guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to audio quality, connectivity, and hardware/software integration.
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- At least high school graduate
- With at least 1 year of BPO experience
- Tech Support (Required) and/or
- Audio equipment experience (Strongly preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
