Position Overview:
The Travel GDS Account involves handling customer inquiries and transactions related to flight bookings, ticketing, and travel modifications. You will use GDS tools such as Sabre or Amadeus to assist customers, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment with clear growth paths and performance rewards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process travel-related transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Use GDS tools such as Sabre or Amadeus to manage bookings
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience with GDS tools (Sabre or Amadeus)

High School graduates, ALS passers, and college level are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- B2 level based on CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference)
