Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Must be at least in a college level
- At least 1-year call center experience in voice support with at least 6 months airline experience.
- Must have experience with
- Omnichannel.
- C1 Written & Verbal Comm Skills
