As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our hotel reservation account, you will be the frontline of guest interactions, providing assistance with bookings, inquiries, and hotel-related concerns. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to Hotel reservation or services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in College (more than 60 Units)
- No BPO experience needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
