Job Responsibilities:
- Handles customer inquiries related to day-to-day banking transactions, account management, and financial services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance checks, and transaction history.
- Guide customers through online banking, mobile apps, and ATM-related concerns.
- Assist customers in blocking lost or stolen cards and requesting replacements.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- SHS graduate or Completed 1st Year in College requires 12 months of BPO experience
- College graduate (any field), At least 9 Months of Customer facing experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
