As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with financial transactions and travel-related services. You’ll also be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing solutions for banking products. In addition, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team committed to your success.
- Respond to high-priority customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
- With/without BPO experience
- Excellent Communication skills
