Salary Package:
- PHP 17,500 – PHP 28,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions through chat, email, or other non-voice platforms.
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Willing to work onsite
- Open to freshers and those with no prior experience
