Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support – Bacolod City team member, your role will focus on helping customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their products or services. You’ll engage customers through phone, chat, or email, delivering excellent service with every interaction. You will also escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
You don’t need to be a tech expert yet—our paid training program will give you the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
