As a CSR – Financial Account, you will handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and help resolve concerns related to financial products and services. We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, especially in spoken English, and a genuine desire to help others.
Qualifications:

Must be at least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), K-12 Graduate, ALS Passer, College Undergrad, or College Graduate

Good English communication and interpersonal skills

Must be amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Must have passed the Harver – Customer Care assessment

No BPO experience required – freshers are welcome!
Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: PHP 12,000 – PHP 16,500
