As a CSR – Educational Platform, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues via email. Your role will be vital in providing a seamless user experience for both students and educators. This position is ideal for candidates with strong written communication skills and at least 6 months of BPO experience, particularly in email or chat support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email support

  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns regarding the online learning platform

  • Document interactions and follow up on pending issues

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective solutions

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in email or chat support

  • Graduate of Senior High School (K-12) or higher

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

  • Outgoing and energetic personality

  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information

  • Software knowledge is an advantage

  • Willing to work onsite in CDO on shifting schedules
