Work Schedule:

Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd-year college level (Bachelor’s/College Degree preferred but not required)

  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience

  • Proven experience in account management, upselling, or customer support

  • Background in e-commerce or retail accounts is a strong advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting

  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule and onsite setup
