Qualifications:

At least 2nd-year college level (Bachelor’s/College Degree preferred but not required)

Minimum of 1 year BPO experience

Proven experience in account management, upselling, or customer support

Background in e-commerce or retail accounts is a strong advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting

Willing to work in a shifting schedule and onsite setup
