Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and transactions
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
• Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

• Promote and sell products or services to potential and existing customers

• Provide excellent customer experience with a solution-oriented mindset

• Work with a high-energy team to meet and exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old

• Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply – BPO experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude

• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
