Salary Package

  • PHP 15,000–20,000 monthly

  • PHP 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)

  • PHP 4,000 Account Premium Allowance (upon hire)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and transactions
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
    • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

    Requirements:

    • College Graduate (with or without experience)

    • Or completed at least 2 years in college (72 units) + 6 months of any work experience

    • Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills

    • Computer literate; familiar with MS Office and internet navigation

    • Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
