Salary Package

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:

College Graduate (with or without experience)

Or completed at least 2 years in college (72 units) + 6 months of any work experience

Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills

Computer literate; familiar with MS Office and internet navigation

Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
