We are actively hiring for our CSR Cagayan Telco campaign. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the BPO industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a telecommunications account, handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services. This is an onsite role based in Cagayan de Oro with a shifting schedule.

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, or ALS Graduate

Must be 18 years old or older

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferably with at least 6 months of call center experience (CCE), but freshers are welcome to apply

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
